As a Teletherapy Para Educator at AlliED Educational Services, you play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs and abilities. Overview:
Join our team as a Teletherapy Para Educator and work closely with licensed therapists, students, teachers, and families to create a supportive learning environment. Your role will involve assisting in therapy activities, providing one-on-one support to students during their virtual therapy sessions, and implementing educational strategies to help students thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Support students with diverse needs transition to and engage in virtual therapy sessions
- Assist in session management and organization to ensure a conducive therapeutic environment
- Utilize your experience working with children to provide individualized support to students during therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other team members regarding student experience in teletherapy
- Provide care and assistance to students, including basic self-care tasks
- Assist students and virtual therapist in basic technology access

Basic behavioral management strategies to support student development

Skills:
- Experience working with students or children in an educational setting.
- Ability to support individuals with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with basic student care practices.
- Proficiency in basic technology for student support.
- Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.75 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
