Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all facets of customer relations for projects, from initiation to completion.Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with clients to understand project schedules, requirements and expectations.Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Achieve or exceed sales in accordance with the performance goals of the departmentReview and keep track of the top prospects each week and create an action plan for eachReview and keep track of weekly and year-to-date sales figuresBecome an expert regarding the company and overall market of services offeredBe responsible for developing new prospects through a wide variety of techniquesWork with purchasing and estimating in developing estimates for the scope of workParticipate in weekly sales meetingsQualifications
1 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales environmentProficient in spreadsheets and word processing software.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attend industry Trade shows and eventsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.Strong ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Relevant experience in drilling, HVAC, environmental, geothermal systems, or water well services preferred but not a must.
