Job Description

Allied Government Solutions, Inc., is a HUBZone-certified, Woman-Owned small business based out of Dover, NH that specializes in government subcontracting and management for multiple federal contracts nationwide. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Dover office. The ideal candidate will be well organized with a meticulous attention to detail, possesses excellent communication skills and has experience supporting multiple individuals in a very busy office environment. What you will do:

  • Providing phone coverage and outstanding customer service
  • Administrative support to fast-paced Recruitment Department including, but not limited to a high volume of data entry, written and verbal correspondence, providing candidate support throughout the applicant process and completing tasks in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company database
  • Calendar management to include coordination of interviews for recruitment team

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years prior administrative/clerical experience in a busy office setting
  • Exceptional organizational ability with capacity to juggle multiple projects in support of several individuals simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention-to-detail combined with strong typing and data entry skills
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Ability to excel and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Capacity to perform multiple repetitive tasks in accordance with onsite procedures
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and ability to successfully adapt to priority changes as applicable
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, customer service driven mentality
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative with a dedicated work ethic

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 20-25 hours for training, then transition to full-time hours
  • Please note - this position is in-person, not remote

Pay Rate:

  • $20.00/hr.
