We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for our facility partners in Philadelphia PA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inmates within the correctional facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid state RN license
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in a correctional or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus.
- Basic life support certification (must be AHA - American Heart Association)
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
