Position Summary:
Allied is seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our growing team. As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies. Your work will include financial modeling, due diligence, industry research, and collaborating directly with company leadership on value creation and M&A strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Evaluate new investment opportunities and support due diligence efforts.
● Conduct industry and competitive research to identify trends and key players.
● Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform in-depth valuation analyses.
● Work with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.
● Collaborate with management teams, financing partners, and advisors during deal execution.
● Contribute to investment memos and internal discussions.
● Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
● 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity (required).
● Strong grasp of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
● Familiarity with GAAP accounting.
● Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling expertise required.
● Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
● Team player with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
● Willingness to travel as needed.
