- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to support their efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Knowledge:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in stone manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in an office setting and engage in continuous communication with clients.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in stone manufacturing or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
