Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products or services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, as well as experience using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close sales deals.
