Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, demonstrates a high level of integrity, & is a dedicated hard worker. They will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and closing their own book of business. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Report to Account Manager Team Lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Nurture relationships post-sale to onboard new customers, drive expansion opportunities, and ensure successful implementation.
- This position requires some travel to regional/national company sales meetings, conferences, etc.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong communication skills via phone, email and Zoom
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Motivation and ability to move up within a sales organization
Education & Experience:
- Experience in inside sales or sales development, with a track record of achieving sales quotas (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
