About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will take a proactive approach to sales by leveraging our existing database of spare parts customers to drive repeat and additional business. You will actively reach out to customers, rather than waiting for inbound inquiries, and will also generate new leads to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the companys customer database to identify and contact existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to engage new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and recommend appropriate spare parts to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an inside sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spare parts or industrial products is a plus, but not required.
