Description

The Showroom Sales Associate is a client-facing role responsible for providing a elevated customer experience to walk-in clients, trade professionals, and scheduled appointments. This role involves guiding clients through our product offerings, explaining materials and craftsmanship, and assisting in product selection.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Educate clients on Allied Maker's craftsmanship, materials, and finishes.
Assist clients with product selection and provide design guidance.
Process orders, generate quotes, and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain the appearance of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the Allied Maker's standard.
Collaborate with hq for custom order inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Business, or a related field required.

Strong interpersonal and sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in a luxury retail, showroom sales, or design-focused sales environment.

Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage with high-profile clients.

Deep appreciation for design and craftsmanship, with the ability to articulate these values.

Professionalism, poise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems preferred
