Manage a team of Directors to lead your organization's financial analysis and reporting. The successful candidate with have the right blend of vision and willingness to be a servant leader.

Expectations

• Work closely with Sr. Management and Owners regarding all company financial activities and entities
• Ensure accurate reporting of all financial reporting
• Oversight and vision for financial policies and procedures
• Focused efforts on ROI review and analysis for all programs and organizations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Business Administration
• Insurance industry background preferred
• 7 Years as Head of Finance or Financial Management experience
• Experience leading quality, high-performing teams
