- Provide initial user support through various channels, including ticketing systems, email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Escalate requests when necessary to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Maintain the security and privacy of our networks and computer systems.
- Keep an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and service catalog within our knowledgebase.
- Collaborate with team members, users, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.
- Adapt to changing circumstances to meet organizational objectives.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of prior IT Desktop experience or a similar IT role.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
