- Hybrid work model; 3 days in office/ 2 days at home
- Provide guidance to ensure timeliness and accuracy in the calculation and distribution of salaries, employee wages, and other compensation.
- Oversee the entire payroll process start to finish.
- Conduct payroll audits periodically to analyze payroll data and trends.
- Collaborate with HRIS to promote necessary enhancements and integrations.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- 5 years payroll software and systems experience required
- 5-8 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment or related experience coupled with demonstrated leadership attributes, team leadership, or supervisory experience; 1 year of management experience preferred.
Salary : $95,000
