- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in the petrochemical industry.
- Preferred: Master's or advanced degree in Engineering.
- Proven track record of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Prepare and submit Capital Appropriation Requests to secure project approvals, and collaborate with Process Design Engineers to define and get approval for the scope of work.
- Ensure the project prioritizes safety by developing and communicating a comprehensive safety plan, and work with the site HSSE lead to obtain permits and address PHA action items.
- Manage project cost estimates, establish engineering and construction schedules, and track progress with regular written reports.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and labor services, approve requisitions, and manage the SAP Work Breakdown Structure for effective cost flow and final asset settlement.
- Collaborate with the Project Leadership Team to implement change management procedures, work with Plant Operations and Maintenance to meet project goals, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for successful project completion.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
