The Senior Recruiter at Allied Public Adjusters is a key driver in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring that our workforce reects the values, skills, and expertise necessary to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Reporting directly to leadership, the Senior Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with department heads to align hiring efforts with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Recruitment Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Allieds growth goals and hiring needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate proles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, ensuring proactive recruitment efforts.
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including sales, operations, claims, and leadership positions.Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions.Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates qualications, cultural t, and alignment with Allieds values.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.Provide interview coaching and guidance to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective evaluation process.Candidate Experience :
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.Showcase Allieds mission and values to candidates, positioning the company as an employer of choice. Maintain communication with candidates post-interview to manage expectations and next steps.Data and Reporting :
Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-ll, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on recruitment data and trends.Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying inefciencies and implementing solutions.Employer Branding :
Develop and promote Allieds employer brand through online platforms, social media, and recruitment events.Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that highlights Allieds culture and career opportunities.Represent Allied at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-focused initiatives.Day-to-Day Activities :
Begin each day by reviewing open positions, candidate applications, and upcoming interview schedules.Conduct outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.Host phone screens and initial interviews to identify high-potential candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to nalize job requirements and ensure alignment on candidate proles.Manage candidate correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.Update recruitment dashboards and provide daily or weekly reports to leadership.Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment priorities, challenges, and opportunities.Assist in onboarding efforts for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.Results :
Reduce time-to-ll for key positions to meet organizational growth timelines.Build a diverse and talented workforce that aligns with Allieds core values and operational needs.Enhance the candidate experience, achieving high satisfaction rates among prospective hires.Develop a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Increase visibility and engagement with Allieds employer brand across key recruitment platforms.Requirements :
5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle hiring.Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse roles, including hard-to-ll positions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.Prociency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.Experience in the insurance or public adjusting industries preferred but not required.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for nding and attracting top talent.Location : Full-time position based in Southern California with a hybrid work model. The home office for this position can be at the Newport Beach or Glendale office however there will be a requirement for this role to spend time in each office as business requires.
Availability : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with exibility for additional hours as needed.
Compensation : $85,000 - $100,000 annually performance-based bonuses.
