Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Initial Priority)
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments (sales, operations, claims, leadership).
- Develop and implement a strategic hiring plan that aligns with growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively meet future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team fit, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects Allied’s values.
- Champion company culture, ensuring our values are reflected in every aspect of the employee experience.
- Lead performance management, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development initiatives.
- Develop employee engagement programs that drive retention and morale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing support on team dynamics, performance, and growth.
- Implement training and development programs to upskill our workforce.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain employee records and optimize HRIS systems for efficiency.
- Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and alignment with company values.
- Partner with legal counsel and HR consultants to ensure compliance while focusing on strategic people initiatives.

- Time-to-Hire – Reducing time-to-fill open roles while ensuring quality hires.
- Offer Acceptance Rate – Improving the percentage of job offers accepted by candidates.
- Candidate Pipeline Strength – Ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Cost-per-Hire – Optimizing recruiting efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Quality of Hire – Ensuring new hires meet or exceed performance expectations at their 90-day and 6-month performance reviews.
- New Hire Ramp-Up Time – Reducing the time it takes for new employees to reach full productivity.
- Training Completion & Effectiveness – Ensuring employees complete required training and apply learned skills.
- Employee Retention Rate – Driving engagement and reducing turnover.
- Turnover by Performance Level – Tracking retention of high performers vs. low performers.
- Culture & Engagement Metrics – Maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and morale.
- Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) – Measuring employee satisfaction and overall sentiment toward the company.
- Manager Effectiveness Score – Ensuring leadership effectiveness in employee development and engagement.
- Performance Review Completion Rate – Ensuring timely and effective feedback cycles.
- Hiring Manager Satisfaction – Ensuring smooth and effective hiring processes.
- Built a best-in-class hiring process that efficiently attracts and selects top talent.
- Implemented scalable performance management systems to drive accountability and growth.
- Developed and launched culture-building initiatives that strengthen engagement and alignment with company values.
- Optimized onboarding and training programs to accelerate employee success.
- Created a talent pipeline strategy to proactively support hiring needs.
- Supported leadership in making data-driven people decisions that improve retention and performance.
- 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and people strategy.
- People-first mindset—you are passionate about building culture and enhancing the employee experience.
- Ability to influence and partner with leadership to drive organizational success.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred but not required).
Salary
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 10% bonus
- 401k (3% non-elective)
