We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Expert to lead our efforts in optimizing maintenance and improving overall equipment effectiveness. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance programs, conduct audits, and ensure that equipment maintenance programs (EMPs) are developed and implemented effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or reliability positions in a steel mill or heavy industrial environment.
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, project documentation, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of World Class Manufacturing practices, program management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish or French is desirable.
