We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position at Latitude 112 Apartments in Burien, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance this apartment complex, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude. We offer :General Duties :
- Supervising all maintenance staff
- Grounds keeping
- Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
- Turnovers of units
- Building and Common Area Maintenance
- Being available on-call for emergency calls
- Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
- Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!
- Good customer service skills
- Renovation Experience a plus!
- Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
- Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
- Consistent work history and verifiable references
- Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check
- Valid driver's license
- Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
