Experience - Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills - Must have solid understanding and high level of proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Suite/Office 365, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must be proficient with remote work platforms, including but not limited to smart phones and online security best practices. Working knowledge of industry-specific platforms, such as Yard or RealPage is highly preferred.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Attention to Detail - Must have high attention to detail / detail-oriented

- $25-$28 per hour
- Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

- Travel to assigned communities to assist with compliance for move-in, interim certification, annual certification, and lease-up activities as needed
- Show prospective apartments, explain occupancy terms and amenities
- Inform prospective residents of availability of nearby schools, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and public transportation.
- Prepare and distribute monthly annual recertification notices
- Prepare and complete move-in, interim, annual, and initial certifications
- Prepare monthly Compliance Reports
- Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings, as assigned

Salary : $25 - $28
