We currently have an opening for an experienced full-time Project Administrator at our corporate office in Renton, WA.

*$78,000 annually
*Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned
*Support property set up, close out, passwords, employees' access and permissions based on Allied guidelines for the following systems but not limited to, Aptexx, Knock, ARI, and RealPage products.
*Logins, passwords and employee access and permissions in Yardi as needed.
*Support QC with property activity reports and property control binder updates.
*Support training creation, delivery, and implementation.
*Support ARI ticket responses.
*Support policy and procedure creation and revisions.
*Support company and site team communication.
*Support company planning and execution of events.
*Support company rollout initiatives.
*Support Director of Maintenance as needed.
*Support ARI, company website and ILS updates.
*Support lease and legal updates.
*Attend, contribute and manage note taking during meetings.
*Plan, schedule and communicate meetings as directed.
*Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping the objectives of the Company.
*Answer the phone pleasantly and professionally.
*Maintain courteous communication.
*Attend meetings as required by supervisor.

Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required. *Experience – Must have a minimum of three years, verifiable experience, specific to Property Management industry.
*Previous experience in conventional and affordable management with a multi-family property management company required
*Minimum 3 years in a sales or leasing capacity required
*4-year college degree preferred
*Experience with mentoring or training others in Allied Residential processes, procedures, technology, and systems
*Knowledge of property management software (Yardi and Real Page) required
*Math Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
*Computer Skills - Must have solid understanding and high level of proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Suite/Office 365, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word.
*Must be proficient with remote work platforms, including but not limited to smart phones, VPN or other remote access, and online security best practices.
*Working knowledge of industry-specific platforms, such as Yardi or RealPage is highly preferred
*Work environment - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of the position
*Noise Level – Typical office environment within Allied’s corporate office
*Physical - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
