About the Position:
As a key member of the Allied Resources Technical Consultants team, we are seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Operations to join our Newport, RI location. Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve optimized occupancy through effective marketing strategies and resident retention initiatives.
- E nsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, maintaining alignment with corporate standards.
- Oversee leasing, prospect management, and maintenance operations to enhance resident satisfaction and property efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial and operational data entry in Yardi to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Facility Management to resolve maintenance issues, identify recurring problems, and implement preventative solutions.
- Meet operational and maintenance metrics by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a WeCare Culture by hiring, training, and retaining top talent to enhance engagement and performance.
- Mentor and develop team members by setting priorities, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- B uild strong relationships with stakeholders, including Installation Commands and Housing Partners, to drive property success.
- Act on stakeholder feedback by identifying improvements to enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgets, reporting, and expenditure monitoring, to meet financial targets.
- Oversee payables, receivables, and assist Project Development with financial reporting and data collection.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in property management or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 7 years' of general people management.
