About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, inventory management, procurement, customer service, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for maintenance technicians and grounds personnel.
- Supervise grounds and landscaping staff to uphold property curb appeal standards.
- Manage and evaluate maintenance work quality, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, fencing, roofing, siding, glass, screen, and tile repairs, as well as cabinetry, countertops, doors, and storm door replacements.
- Train new employees on safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.
- Assign and organize work orders to ensure timely completion, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee maintenance supply procurement and ensure proper SDS documentation.
- Prepare and maintain OSHA compliance logs.
- Ensure responsiveness to emergency, urgent, and routine service requests, as well as adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems, equipment, pools, and playgrounds.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping practices following the ZERO Harm plan.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College courses or technical school training strongly preferred with relevant trade certifications and licenses
- Minimum of three (3) years of property management experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisor experience
- Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and safe driving record is also required.
