Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in estimating costs and resources for electrical components, guaranteeing precise budgeting and project planning.
- Oversee the proposal development process, managing a high volume of estimates efficiently.
- Submit requests for information (RFI) based on bid documents to ensure accuracy.
- Review labor and material takeoffs and final estimate packages to guarantee accuracy before formal quotation.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in heavy construction projects or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required).
- Working knowledge of estimating software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, Sage Estimating, etc.
