- Submit RFIs based on bid documents to maintain accuracy.
- Verify labor and material takeoffs and final estimate packages before formal quotation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy construction projects or related fields.
- Desirable Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field (not required).
- Skilled in estimating software like Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, Sage Estimating, etc.
