A day in the life:
- Oversee union and non-union contractors for seamless project execution.
- Handle timelines, budgets, and quality to meet high standards.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office for tracking and reporting.
- Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
- Engage with contractors, clients, stakeholders, and teams professionally.
The wish list:
- 4 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction projects.
- Willingness to work night shifts as needed, particularly for healthcare projects.
- Display proof of COVID vaccination, as healthcare projects may be required.
