Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction projects from initial planning and design through to final completion and handover.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed of project progress and any changes or issues.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and labor are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any potential risks or issues.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, liaising with relevant parties and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of all aspects of the construction process, including planning, design, resource management, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Sound knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
