What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support sales and estimating activities, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliverables.
- Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and scopes to gather key details for bids and proposals.
- Prepare and organize bid submissions, RFIs, and related documentation for prospective projects.
- Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to gather information and follow up on bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to identify and prioritize new project opportunities.
- Perform basic take-offs and support the preparation of cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to assist with strategy development.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a coordination, sales, or administrative role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and on-screen takeoff software.
- Basic understanding of construction plans, specifications, and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
