Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. This position requires a proactive approach to upselling and outside sales, as well as the ability to adapt to various customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage assigned territory by conducting regular visits and follow-ups with customers.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on progress.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with software tools for managing sales processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and targets.
- Knowledge of territory sales strategies is beneficial but not mandatory.
