What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Support Specialist position at Allied Solutions, LLC?
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Accurate and Timely Support for Products and Point of Sale Software (70%):
- Provide an exceptional customer experience while gathering and relaying information to Allied’s clients and their members through inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to assist with any product inquiries.
- Attend monthly point of sale update meetings to provide iQQ assistance to Allied’s clients and field representatives.
- Work directly with Mechanical Breakdown providers in order to assist clients with reinstatements, cancellation quotes, inquiries about a claim and information about new Mechanical Breakdown agreement quotes in iQQ.
- Educate the client on step-by-step processes on how to quote and sell within iQQ.
- Work with accounting for any help a lender may have regarding remittances out of the point of same system.
Support and Investigate any Issues or Needs that a Client may have (30%):
- Work with the point of sale and product teams by communicating any issues that may affect numerous clients.
- Communicate and update clients in a timely manner on any helpdesk tickets that were filed for widespread or localized issues.
- Work with Allied’s providers on any quoting and selling errors that clients are experiencing in iQQ.
- Communicate to Allied’s field representatives, product areas, and marketing on any request for marketing materials that a lender might requests.
- Provide the lender with any sample contracts and point of sale supplies at their request.
- Update product smartsheet with any new information or changes to certain products or providers.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of directly related work experience required
