Overview:
CargoLoop is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support Specialist to assist our account managers by handling day-to-day client requests and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth client interactions while allowing account managers to focus on strategic and high-priority issues.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle routine client inquiries related to shipment status, documentation, and system navigation.
· Process and verify necessary documents, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams and terminals to resolve operational issues.
· Guiding clients through the system and answering basic questions.
· Monitor and update client records to ensure accurate information.
· Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
· Escalate complex issues to account managers while providing initial troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills, fast learners.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office software.
