🚨 We’re Hiring: Cost Manager | Jeffersonville, OH (Onsite – LG/Honda Project)
We are currently seeking two experienced professionals to support cost management at the LG/Honda site in Jeffersonville, OH:
- 1x CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Cost Manager
- 1x Mechanical Cost Manager
📍 Location: Jeffersonville, OH (onsite – no remote)
🕒 Duration: 12-month contract
🚫 Local candidates only – No C2C
🔧 What You'll Do:
- Review and issue cost reports and cash flow updates to the construction and finance teams.
- Track and manage change orders per client approval processes.
- Support procurement (RFP prep, bid analysis) for CSA services and materials.
- Lead bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineering teams.
- Conduct value engineering and earned value analysis.
- Monitor contractor buyouts, closeout administration, and compliance.
- Assist in cost-related support for contractual/legal issues when needed.
🎓 What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 7 years of cost management experience in CSA scopes of work.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with AIA contracts, lien processes, and construction administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and standard IT tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
