We’re hiring a Financial Specialist to support critical financial functions including reporting, budgeting, invoice processing, and data analysis. This role is onsite in Moncks Corner, SC, and offers the opportunity to join a newly acquired client with the potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

• Track and monitor departmental budgets and expenditures

• Process and manage invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Compile and reconcile financial data using Excel and Oracle

• Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Leverage Power BI for data visualization and reporting (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle (Power BI a plus)

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite at our Moncks Corner, SC location

• 12-month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee
