Job Description :
As an Oracle Unifier Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining Oracle Unifier systems to support project operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system functionality, provide user training and support, and generate meaningful reports to enhance project oversight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Oracle Unifier projects / shells, templates, and configurations.
- Create and manage user access, permissions, and roles within the Unifier platform.
- Provide user support, conduct onboarding, and develop training documentation to enhance user adoption and system understanding.
- Generate and manage User Defined Reports (UDRs) and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting to address operational needs.
- Collaborate with IT and project teams to integrate Oracle Unifier with other systems and workflows.
