As a Machine Operator in our stone manufacturing facility, you will be an essential part of the production team, contributing to the precision, efficiency, and quality of our stone fabrication process.
Responsibilities :
- Operate stone fabrication machinery, ensuring accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of stone products.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications, guiding the machine setup for optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed, promptly addressing any issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct regular operator level preventative maintenance on machines, troubleshoot problems, and ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in stone fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Technical understanding of Omega stone fabrication machines and related equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy stone materials.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
