Seeking Full Time Junior Escrow Assistant in Colorado Springs, CO.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls by the 2nd ring when possible
- Direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet clients as they arrive at the office for closings. Provide beverages and snacks, direct them to the conference room, and introduce the closer
- Assist the team as needed
- Make copies of ID’s
- Print all closing packages
- Scan all closing packages in the correct format and send to the post-closing team
- Send original loan documents to the lender via FedEx
- Keep office neat, stocked, and ready for clients at all times
- Maintain schedule for closings in office
- Order all supplies
- Perform all necessary admin duties for office and company
Experience we are looking for:
- Time management and organizational skills
- Convey information clearly and concisely
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced office setting
- Experience conducting closings required
- Multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to liaise with high-profile clients
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations
- Must be reliable and punctual
