Who we are looking for :
We are currently looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Manager to be based out of one of our plant locations. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations - PVC Pipe & Conduit, they will be responsible for leading the procurement function within PVC Pipe & Conduit.
What you’ll do :
- Actively oversee daily purchasing, to include plastic resin raw material procurement and delivery coordination to all plants
Participate in the Annual resin contract negotiations process
Tracking of monthly resin market pricing, reading published resin industry reports, coordinating with industry experts and managing monthly movements in commodity pricing
Responsible for overall inventory management with continuous improvements through safe operating practices, product availability, waste reduction, cost-saving initiatives, and cultural breakthroughs
Coordinate with each plant to drive the process and execution for the supply chain and procurement of materials in support of production processes.
Manage the Cycle Count process and actively implement process improvements.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $104,240 - $143,330. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
