Our canine group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring a Senior Director - Business Development. The Senior Director, Business Development for Allied Universal's Enhanced Protection Services (EPS) is responsible for leading and executing the strategy to achieve and exceed assigned revenue growth goals. The Senior Director, Business Development will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining a working relationship with the leaders of division's six practice areas : Intelligence, Consulting, Investigations, Executive Protection, Disaster Response and Active Law Enforcement, and K9 / Mail Screening. This position serves as the primary advocate and strategist for EPS services, driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction across various industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proactively identify potential business opportunities through outreach, internal relationships, and client inquiries
- Conduct investigations of alleged violations of laws, policies, and regulations
- Log and maintain all opportunities into Salesforce.com for tracking and management
- Work closely with Practice Leads / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine the best approach for client engagements
- Coordinate introductions, virtual meetings, and proposal delivery as needed
- Share detailed client needs and point-of-contact information with Practice Leads / SMEs
- Maintain visibility and engagement in all correspondence related to client opportunities
- Oversee contract finalization, ensuring the signed Statement of Work (SOW) is documented and filed
- Close opportunities in Salesforce.com upon contract execution and project scheduling
- Advocate for both the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and alignment of expectations
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide orientation for new clients
- Provide weekly updates on the status of opportunities, tracking progress from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EPS services to :
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and recommend services tailored to client needs.
- Educate Allied Universal guard force managers on EPS offerings to strengthen client relationships
- Serve as the spokesperson for EPS in the assigned region, fostering relationships with Regional Presidents, RVPs, and Account Managers
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, sales training sessions, and regional operations meetings
- Act as a communication bridge within and outside the company, representing EPS in webinars, conferences, and client meetings
- Utilize analytics to target outreach efforts effectively, engaging with clients via inbound requests and direct contact
- Represent Allied Universal at large-scale industry events, such as GSX, ISC West, and OSAC conferences
- Leverage memberships in professional organizations like ASIS, ATAP, and Infragard to promote EPS capabilities
