Job Description
You will serve and safeguard clients in Airport Security as a Dispatch Officer. Monitor all security, communications, and fire/life safety systems within the designated region via provided monitoring systems. Proactively monitor all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs. Respond to security/life safety system alarms and answer regular and emergency phones and intercoms; speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring is required. Security Experience 1 Years is also necessary. You must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday-Morning or Afternoon shift. Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications are essential.
Licensing Requirements
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security, or any support role in a Combat Zone may be beneficial. A graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field is also valuable.
