As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer in a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and attention to detail. You will interact with the public, offer exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity.
• Assist in helping to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted behaviors within the retail environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents according to site protocols.
• Interact professionally with customers, staff, and visitors while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have an Armed Designation for the position.
• Must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military experience, or possess a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for Texas positions.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
