What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Operations Specialist position at Allied Universal?
We are looking for a talented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing support to our regions in all matters related to financial operations.
In this role, you will interact with Financial Transaction Specialists and Branch staff to resolve payment issues and ensure timely receipt of client payments. You will also provide guidance and expertise on collecting amounts receivable and collections escalation protocols, as well as WinTeam training regarding Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice and AR Domo reporting.
Your responsibilities will include working with outside collection agents on assigned corporate collection clients and utilizing third-party firms (D&B and Credit Risk Monitor) to evaluate creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients.
