Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Services: Oversee the delivery of quality services to assigned customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Liaise with Customers and Teams: Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range to site staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Age and Education: Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Licensing Requirements: Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Certifications and Clearances: Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Customer Service and Communication: Display exceptional customer service and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
- Technical Skills: Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
- Crisis Management: Able to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
- Scheduling and Billing Software: Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports requiring interpretation and action for effective business management.
- Contract Standards: Enforce Contract Standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Site Safety Programs: Administer site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers, including vehicle/driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures.
