Job Description:
The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services to our clients. This includes supervising site staff, providing coaching and recognition, and enforcing contract standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services
- Supervise site staff and provide coaching and recognition
- Enforce contract standards
- Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers
Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
