Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team. As a SOC Operator, you will play a vital role in serving and safeguarding clients in Airport Security. Your responsibilities will include monitoring all security, communications, and fire/life safety systems within the designated region via provided monitoring systems. You will also proactively monitor all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs, respond to security/life safety system alarms, and answer regular and emergency phones and intercoms; speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in call taking, dispatching, and CCTV monitoring is required. Security Experience 1 Years is also necessary. You must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday-Morning or Afternoon shift. Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications are essential.
