We are committed to delivering an unparalleled client experience through our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. This full-time opportunity functions in our center as an Alarm Monitoring Representative working a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule, which could include holidays and weekends.
As an Alarm Monitoring Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. You will manage alarm events, verify security information, and notify emergency services as necessary. You will also ensure customers are properly notified of events, including logging all information into the automation system immediately and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
