Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Operations Specialist. The Control Center operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, and is a critical component in ensuring on time, uninterrupted coverage of identified post locations and accurate pay for security professionals. An integral part of our Control Center is a real-time schedule monitoring system that records the actual arrival and departure times of officers at their assigned posts. This position is required to be in-office full-time. Successful Operations Specialists are experts in leveraging our technology to ensure the Field can execute their duties in service delivery. They have keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent multi-tasking capabilities, and understand how to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify unscheduled shifts prior to shift start time and ensure that post is filled
- Identify scheduled shifts where our security professional has failed to log in/out and take appropriate action to get post covered; adjust schedules to reflect what happened in real time, notate for reporting
- Create attendance exception record based on changes to schedules where appropriate
- Respond to emergency situations by contacting appropriate personnel and documenting with incident reports.
- Train/retrain security professionals on call in procedure
- Monitor periodic/safety check calls and respond appropriately
- Give feedback to account managers, by way of Notes in schedules or e-mails on anything that needs to be corrected at their accounts concerning their employees, or site schedules
- Keep supervisor informed of significant issues
- Support the new Domo – AUS Branch management change notification process. Assist with client notifications of changes
- Service channel access to ensure requests are replied to and closed out properly for proper invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) or more years of Service Assurance/Command Center experience
- Prior call center experience
- 24 hour Scheduling experience
- Experience with Quiver, TrackTix, Securitime, Winteam, Ehub, LMS, mettel/Monarch and/or MetTel
- Experience with incident triage and response for all field personnel
