Security Officer - Telecom Patrol

As a Security Officer - Telecom Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Front Desk professional in the Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills. Your role involves monitoring the entry and exit of individuals, assisting visitors, and helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence. While CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory. Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Assist in emergency response activities as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and manage visitor entry in a professional manner.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to assist clients and visitors in a tech/media/telecom location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
