Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to perform various laboratory tests and analyses to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and reliable laboratory results, ensuring the provision of excellent patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking.
- Collect, process, and analyze patient samples, maintaining accurate sample identification and integrity throughout the testing process.
- Record, interpret, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive and organized laboratory records.
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and precision of laboratory tests, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in proficiency testing programs.
