Allient Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Headquarters in Buffalo, NY! The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, routing them to appropriate departments or locations, and supporting sales operations through various administrative tasks. This role involves working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to filter new prospects, assign follow-ups, generate reports, process purchase orders, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external customers. Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate technology units or manufacturing locations.
- Address inquiries and complaints from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Filter new prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and assign them to the appropriate individual for follow-up.
- Generate reports and conduct quarterly audits of customer data from the CRM system.
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Department and Shared Services on various administrative tasks.
- Follow up with customers and internal employees to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist customers in processing, tracking, and making payments for their orders across Allient Locations.
- Communicate frequently with the sales team, clients, manufacturers, and other groups to meet deadlines.
- Proof product and customer communication content provided by marketing.
- Approve or Deny requests for customer log-in access to Allient’s website domain.
