We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional customer service and managing all inquiries and concerns in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all members through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat- Address and resolve all inquiries, concerns, and issues from members in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in our database
- Assist with the onboarding of new members and ensure a seamless experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall member experience
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
- Handle any customer complaints with empathy and find effective solutions
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
