What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative , you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys :

• Provide exceptional customer service : Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.
• Process transactions accurately : Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell products and services : Educate members on TruMark's offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Resolve member issues : Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain operational excellence : Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized.

What You Bring to the Table

Education : High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.

Experience : 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.

Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology. A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Availability : Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.
